Self care for health professionals

Working with palliative patients and their family and caregivers provide health professionals with significant opportunities for personal and professional growth. These experiences can also be emotive and stressful. Acknowledging and managing these stressors in a proactive and positive way is vital for our health, wellbeing and sustainability in clinical practice.
